I began what has most notably been known as Michelle Adams Blog when I was a freshman in college, just starting my career as a freelance writer and editor. I was hoping to build a portfolio that would propel my budding career as a journalist, freelance blogger, and digital marketer. This blog gave me all of that and so much more.
With you guys and gals along for the ride, I graduated from college, traveled the country, married my best friend, and found my dream job. But I knew from the inception of this blog that I couldn’t continue to chronicle my life forever. And the time to close this chapter in my book is now upon us.
As of the publication of this post, I will no longer be updating or moderating this blog.
NOTE: This website is not shutting down. All content will still be available at the domain MichelleAdamsBlog.WordPress.com until the end of 2019. Links on Google, Pinterest, and other social media sites will still work until the end of 2019.
To access any of the posts on this blog, including guest posts, choose a category under the “BLOG” menu at the top of this webpage, or scroll to the bottom of this page to search. For more information on all of this, see FAQs below.
First and foremost, I want to thank you (yes — you, reader!) for your unrelenting support over the last several years. You built this blog into the community that it was for so long. It was an honor to maintain this site for you.
I’m also so grateful for all of my affiliate partners, sponsors, and brand partners that funded this blog (and my early writing career); for my guest posters and contributors who kept the content on this blog going even when I couldn’t; and for the college blogging community, whose support and guidance helped this blog become what it was at its peak. Thank you all!
This is the end of an era in my life that I won’t soon forget.
Until next time,
